Erin serves as CEO and CIO of a niche alternative investment firm, and across her career on the buy side has held portfolio management and leadership roles at Bank of Montreal (BMO), Mercer (MMC) and Commonfund, advising institutional capital allocators worldwide. She later launched a hedge fund platform focused on statistical arbitrage and global macro strategies.

A seasoned operator and turnaround specialist, she has built, scaled and exited multiple businesses — including nearly a decade in the emerging cannabis industry as an owner, operator and biomass commodities trader, holding one of the largest license portfolios in Colorado and helping design indoor facilities at scale.

A former professional athlete, Erin’s background fuels her commitment to human optimization. She holds a PhD in Business and Financial Mathematics from the University of Denver, an MBA and MS in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, and a BA from Boston University.

He bridges a foundational background in biotechnology and molecular biology with deep expertise in data science and digital innovation. He began his career in scientific research, contributing to drug development targeting cardiovascular and infectious diseases, then held strategic leadership roles at Cytokinetics (in partnership with GlaxoSmithKline), Unilever Prestige and Fox Networks, driving enterprise growth through advanced analytics, predictive modeling and AI-driven technology.

In the years immediately before founding BRAIN.ONE, he worked in private equity, bringing data-science rigor to diligence, value creation and operating strategy across health and consumer investments.

A recognized thought leader and speaker, he has delivered keynotes at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, WIRED London, Cannes Lions and AdTech Tokyo.

A lifelong advocate of human optimization, he lives in Aspen, Colorado, where he is a competitive triathlete and an avid skier.
